CPDC Décor Custom Window Treatments, LLC was founded in 1994 as a family owned custom drapery workroom. We provide personal service from design to fabric selection, fabrication to installation for residential, interior designer and commercial clientele.

We have everything you need for your next soft furnishing project. CPDC Décor, LLC has quality decorative fabrics, trimmings, drapery hardware, blinds, shades and shutters. We shop the design markets to maintain an impressive selection of choices suitable for various styles and project budgets.
Custom Drapery Workroom
Our greatest asset is our on site professional drapery workroom. This allows us to fabricate your custom draperies, valances, roman shades, cushions or bedding exactly as specified. CPDC Decor's workroom includes experienced seamtress', industrial sewing machines, pressing equipment and large worktables to fabricate beautiful custom soft furnishings. We adhere to the Window Covering Association of America industry standards.
About the Owner
Candace Phelps | Owner, Window Fashions Specialist
Candace Phelps is a well respected licensed owner and designer of CPDC Custom Window Treatments, LLC. Since 1994, Candace has been specializing in residential and commercial custom window and soft furnishing designs. Her notable skill in conceptual design has earned her a reputation as one of Washington, D.C. metro area premiere custom window treatment designers. Her work has been featured in many International Showcases and industry publications.
Candace graduated from Lincoln University, PA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She continued her education and studied Fashion Design at Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City.
Although Candace began her career in fashion design, she was approached by an established Washington, DC interior design firm for window treatment design. The design firm was familiar with her design talent. She easily translated pattern drafting and fashion design details into the drapery designs. After completing multiple projects for the firm's high end clientele, Candace quickly rose as a reliable partner for custom window treatment fabrication and design.
Candace's passion for custom window design is reflected in the beautiful surroundings that she creates. Her ability to collaborate with interior designers, contractors, and private clients have earned Candace a well deserved reputation as a true professional.

- 2007-2009 Drapery Designs showcased at the International Window Coverings Expo, IWCE and International Textile Market Assc., ITMA Showtime
